Arsenal Predicted Lineup

Arsenal look to continue their perfect run of form as they travel to Old Trafford to take on arch-rivals Manchester United, so let’s look at the predicted lineup.

After beating Aston Villa, they sit on top of the league with five wins from as many games. But this fixture promises to be a tricky one as the Red Devils seem to have found their groove under Erik Ten Hag.

Aaron Ramsdale could be in goal and will have a huge task on his hands to keep the hosts from scoring. As for the full backs, there is doubt over the availability of Alex Zinchenko so Kieran Tierney could start on the left and Ben White on the right.

As for the centre backs, Mikel Arteta is expected to go with the duo of Gabriel and William Saliba. The two need to ensure that the United attackers are not given any space or the visitors could pay the price.

Both Mohamed Elneny and Thomas Partey will not be available so, it could be another start for Albert Sambi Lokonga. The Belgian is going to be paired with Granit Xhaka and the duo will look to control the tempo of the game.

Bukayo Saka might not have scored so far this season, but his play has been impressive, and the Englishman will be on the right wing. On the left, the north Londoners will have the electric presence of Gabriel Martinelli. In the centre, the presence of Martin Odegaard will ensure that the club has someone who keeps things ticking along.

The Gunners need to bring Gabriel Jesus into the game as the Brazilian has the ability to change the outcome. His strength will be a problem for the home defence and the forward can use his passing skills to create opportunities for others. The performance of Jesus will determine who gets the three points.

Arsenal need to prove that their run of form is not a flash in the pan and they have what it takes to do well. Beating United at Old Trafford is never going to be easy, but the north Londoners have the power to achieve a good result.
