Arsenal transfer chiefs plan for future, looking to secure two of Europe’s hottest talents

Arsenal Players

When the Gunners brought in Sven Mislintat from Borussia Dortmund, fans were hoping that he will be able to unearth gems the same way that he did back in Germany.

Having gotten a taste of his abilities, fans will be excited to know that he is targeting some pretty exciting talents in Ismaila Sarr and Kai Havertz if reports in Mirror are to be believed.

The players are known to be among the most exciting young talents in Europe so this news has understandably made fans happy with excitement.

Given the track record of Mislintat with Dortmund and Arsenal where he has brought in players such as Guendouzi and Mavropanos, it does seem encouraging that the club is looking at these players.

Sarr is a player who has already caught the eye of Barcelona and there are many who liken his playing style to that of Ousmane Dembele, a player who was unearthed by the German scout.

Havertz has been a key member of the Bayer Leverkusen team for some time now and he has shown that he can slot in the midfield very well.

It must be said that these players may not be the suggestion of Mislintat alone as there will be some input from manager Unai Emery as well. The Spaniard wants to play in a particular way and will want to sign players who fit his system.

If the Gunners are able to sign both the players, it will be quite a coup for them as the demand for Sarr and Havertz is only going to go up. Another factor that will play a part is the price and that is sure to go up as well.

The club needs to get players such as them into the mix as there could be a few who are set to leave the club such as Aaron Ramsey. So, the board needs to put their trust in Mislintat and help him in bringing talents such as Sarr and Havertz to the Emirates.
