Good day Gooners! First of all, commiserations going out to our Arsenal contingent missing out on the Euro Trophy. Laurent Koscielny and Olivier Giroud, who made it to the finals of the Euros but unfortunately were beaten by Portugal.
Congratulations to Portugal really pleased for them. A nation which has given so much of talent in football, so many great players, great fans; they really did deserve to have won this tournament.
Mesut Ozil was quick in his response, and this message that he sent to his Arsenal boys to keep their chin up was heartwarming.

Let’s hope that the boys come back stronger!
Now on to the transfer business, what about the player who played last night ?
Moussa Sissoko has been amazing in the Euros. He was one of the better players from the French side throughout the tournament and the Euros. Some of the runs he made were unbelievable. We’ve seen him do that for Newcastle too, and it seems that he’s available right now.
Newcastle were relegated at the end of last season, and the Magpies are likely to sell the versatile midfielder on cheap. Moreover, he’s made his intentions clear to leave them and probably join Arsenal.
Moussa Sissoko, still only 26, with a wonderful performance behind him in the Euros, came into the team and retained his place and Arsene Wenger, even before the game has heaped praise on Sissoko. According to the Evening Standard, he said:
It is true that Sissoko has been remarkable.
Sissoko could be the buy of the season as he’ll probably be available for £10-15m.
A couple of months ago he did a story where he said that he’d love to come to Arsenal.
WHY NOT?
10 to 15 Million pounds would be a steal for a player who has represented France at the finals of the Euros.
Is this the biggest 'shop window' performance ever from Sissoko?!

People have been harsh on him throughout the tournament and in the premier league but he has proven himself on the biggest stage and I think he would be an amazing signing for Arsenal.
With Rosicky, Arteta and Flamini were gone and Xhaka being the only midfield arrival so far, Why not bring Sissoko in ? He wants to play for Arsenal and he’d love to play under Arsene Wenger.
It will all depend on whether Wenger wants to add further depth to his engine room, but it certainly seems he is impressed with his fellow Frenchman.
Sissoko is an immensely useful player. Capable of playing anywhere in midfield and on the wing, the Frenchman is capable of making busting runs into the opponents’ half. He is also tireless off the ball and is capable of making important challenges. It is highly doubtful that he will not be useful to Arsenal’s team.
Do you think Sissoko will fit in the Arsenal system?
