Arsenal youngster Tafari Moore has officially joined League One team Plymouth after spending three years with the London club.
The player joined the Gunners youth setup in the year 2009 but failed to play a single match for the senior side.
Moore primarily plays a right back, a position where Arsenal are well stocked at the moment with the arrival of Stephan Lichtsteiner. The Swiss defender will provide back up to Hector Bellerin and this makes it even more difficult for the youngster to have broken into the team.
Apart from this, there are other promising youngsters coming through the youth teams and they will surely have first preference.
He was released at the end of last season and it is good to see that he has found another club in such a short span of time. Despite the fact that he never made an appearance for Arsenal, his talent has always been apparent as evidenced by the fact that he has represented England at almost every youth level.
We are all happy to be back for pre-season training today…
…and no-one is moore happy than this fellow.
(see what we did there?)

At one point, Moore was even called up to train with the first team by then manager Sam Allardyce. All this points to a player who was not really given a chance to show his ability due to a variety of reasons. Perhaps a change of teams is what he requires at this point in his career.
At a team like Plymouth, he is more likely to get chances to play for the first team and maybe then he can establish himself. Moore may go on to become a really good signing for the League One team.
Having played in the Netherlands is sure to have given some more useful experience of how to deal with skillful attackers. This will help him in his new team and every Arsenal fan will surely want the best for him. Even though he is with another team now, it will be nice to see him do well. Maybe a meeting in the cup competitions between the Gunners and Plymouth will happen this season.
