Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin is seemingly considering his future with the north London club after what is turning out to be a disappointing campaign in the Premier League.
The Spain international was regarded as one of the finest right-backs in the Premier League when he inked a new contract extension back in November 2016, but his performances levels have since dropped drastically.
As a result, The Guardian suggests that the 22-year-old is questioning his future at the Emirates Stadium, and he could potentially favour a move to the Serie A with Juventus in the summer.
The right-sided defender has been pursued by the Italian champions in the last two summer transfer windows, and it is suggested that a fee of around £45m could tempt the Gunners to do business.
Arsene Wenger has struggled to find unity between players in the first-team squad, and it appears for certain that the club are set for this worst finish in the Premier League era under the Frenchman.
With a top-four finish looking out of the equation, and there are expected to be significant changes through the squad, but the defence, in particular, is likely to be the prime focus after conceding 39 goals in just 28 outings this term.
The £45m-rated star has more than four years left on his existing deal with the Gunners, and it will be interesting to see how the club handle the situation in the summer, considering there is not much depth in the position.
The likes of Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Calum Chambers are capable of slotting into the role, but neither of them possess the qualities of Bellerin, who can be a menace from right-back on his day.
