Arsenal Predicted Lineup

Arsenal finally snapped their losing streak with a win against Chelsea on Wednesday and they will be at home on Saturday to Manchester United, so let’s take a look at the predicted lineup.

It was imperative that the Gunners got back to winning ways after losing their last three Premier League games. Going to Stamford Bridge and coming away with the three points was not going to be easy, but they pulled it off. There is another crucial match at the weekend as United are one of the teams that are vying for that fourth spot.

Aaron Ramsdale will continue in goal and would be keen on getting a clean sheet against the visitors. As for the full-backs, having Ben White on the right gave the north Londoners a little more balance so it could be preferred again. That would see Nuno Tavares start on the left and be given more license to attack.

With White moving to the flanks, it would see Rob Holding get another start along with Gabriel in the center of defence. The Englishman put in a good performance in the last game and will have to be at his best to keep the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo at bay.

Despite impressing against Chelsea, Mohamed Elneny might be back on the bench this Saturday. Albert Sambi Lokonga could be preferred as he offers a little more mobility and inventiveness with his passing. Granit Xhaka was imperious during the week and another strong performance from the Swiss midfielder will help the Gunners register a win.

Given how well the attack worked on Wednesday, it is unlikely that Arteta makes any changes to the trio that starts. Bukayo Saka will start on the right-wing with Martin Odegaard through the middle. Emile Smith Rowe will be on the left and these three combining will be the fulcrum of the home attack.

Eddie Nketiah had a night to remember as he got a brace against his former club. With Arsenal looking more dangerous having the youngster lead the line, he could be preferred again. After having the advantage in the race for the top four, the north Londoners have almost let it slip from their grasp. Getting a win over United would mean so much for the rest of the season.
