Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin has taken to Instagram to drop a hint on his Gunners stay. The Spain international has confirmed that he is heading back to London despite the constant link with Barcelona in recent months.
Bellerin, 22, had spent his holidays in the United States and Cuba following his exploits for the Spain Under-21s, who lost out to Germany in the final of the European championships last month.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has repeatedly iterated that the club will look to keep hold of their key players under contract and Ivan Gazidis is said to have sent a strongly-worded letter to Barcelona in order to cool down their interest earlier this month.
The Spaniard had played no part in the Gunners’ pre-season tour of Australia and China due to his international commitments, but he has now jokingly dropped a hint on Instagram where he appears to be paddle boarding ahead of his London return.

Bellerin struggled to showcase his best form following an ankle injury early on last season, and he will be hoping to make a brighter start this term with the Gunners facing tricky fixtures against Stoke City and Liverpool in the second and third games of the league campaign.
Barcelona signed Nelson Semedo from Benfica earlier in the month, and this looks to have ended any interest in Bellerin for the time-being with the player committed to Wenger and the club as a whole.
Bellerin has managed 114 outings across all competitions for Arsenal while lifting two FA Cups and the Community Shield in the process.
