AS Monaco winger Thomas Lemar will be joining Arsenal in this summer’s transfer window, Italian transfer guru Emanuele Giulianelli has claimed.
The Gunners have failed with three bids for the France international but Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth recently claimed that talks are still ongoing between the clubs.
However, Giulianelli, who has a mixed record of predicting signings, wrote on Twitter that the deal has been finalised with the parties involved and the attacker will join the Gunners this summer.

Meanwhile, Giulianelli was asked whether the deal would have any conditions, for which he wrote that Monaco are looking into a replacement before sanctioning the move.

Monaco vice-president Vasim Vasilyev had earlier cited that Lemar remains an essential player at the Principality club, but it appears that Arsene Wenger has not given up on his quest to sign the highly-rated winger.
Lemar bagged 14 goals and 14 assists in what was a highly productive second season at AS Monaco, and he is being as a potential addition to the Gunners squad rather than one who could step into the shoes of contract rebel Alexis Sanchez.
Sanchez is due to link up with his Gunners’ teammates in training today, but his decision to have a stopover in Paris has spread speculation over his future.
Nevertheless, the fans do not have much to worry about as Sanchez had previously taken a similar route in 2015 in order to sort out his working visa.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has also insisted that it is an ‘ideal situation‘ for players in the final year of their contracts as they would find the urge to put up performances on the playing field.
