Wenger completes 20 years at the club, Arsenal players all smiles

The chemistry is real between the Arsenal players as Wenger attends his 20th Photocall for the club

The Arsenal squad pulled on their kit on Thursday for the official 2016/17 photo-call at London Colney.

Arsene Wenger posed with his players for this season’s Arsenal team photo but this could be his last photo-call for Arsenal.

So far it is unclear if he wants to be at Arsenal and if he’ll even be offered a new contract. The majority of the fans want him to go after serving the club for 20 years.

However, Wenger didn’t appear to let his emotions get the better of him in front of the camera. Other players were having fun too with all the squad present.

Alex Oxlade Chamberlain was seen having fun with the squad especially with Santi Cazorla. The Spanish star had his arm around Chamberlain in the picture Ox uploaded onto his official twitter account.

Arsenal Ladies squad was also there for the photo shoot. Each year the club have had joint photos between the men’s and ladies teams. The guys shyness is hilarious when the Arsenal ladies show up. Everyone becomes a middle school kid again when the ladies show up.

The photo-call showed chemistry in the squad and everybody was so friendly to each other. If Arsenal wants to win trophies this year, the team chemistry needs to be at the highest level. While other big teams are in a building case, Arsenal’ players have been together for quite a some time and this could be a huge plus point for them.

Here is the video showing everything that happened behind the scenes for the Arsenal 2016/17 photo-call.

If this is Wenger’s last year at the club, even if we win trophies, it’ll be a sad year. He’ll be remembered for all the work he has done for Arsenal, not just on the field, but off the field too.
