Evening Gooners!
In an hour and a half, Arsenal will host Newcastle United at the Emirates Stadium. We at Arsenal fever have put in a predicted line up. We would however, like to update our team news here, provided it’s likely that Arsene Wenger will rest some of his key players. (No, Mesut Ozil will not be rested, don’t worry!)
After a fairly impressive performance in the middle of the park, there is a good chance that versatile youngster Calum Chambers will be pushed back into the starting 11 , alongside Ramsey. Gabriel, who put in a brilliant performance is also likely to make the starting 11.
Many spectators will expect that Wenger will bring back the veteran french central defender back into the first 11, but Laurent Koscielny is likely to get a little more rest for this one. Elsewhere, Nacho Monreal will be brought back into the squad given that Kieran Gibbs took a small knock against Bournemouth.
Joel Campbell is likely too see himself return to the team ahead of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, after coming in as a substitute in the last match. In our assessment, Wenger will make a few changes, but not a changes too many that we don’t bag three points off this one!
