Arsenal will be aiming to end a three-match winless streak in the Premier League when they host Leeds United at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
The north London side have lost momentum in the past few weeks where they have registered one draw and suffered a couple of defeats.
They are now languishing in the 11th spot on the table but have the chance to break into the top 10 with a victory over Marcelo Bielsa’s side tomorrow.
Formation: 4-2-3-1
Predicted Line-up:
Bernd Leno has served the one-game suspension for his sending-off against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Matt Ryan had a good debut against Aston Villa last weekend where he made as many as seven saves.
He should still drop to the bench as the German is the undisputed choice in goal for the league games.
In the backline, there could be a solitary change with David Luiz replacing Gabriel Magalhaes after serving his ban.
Luiz is better equipped with his long-range distribution and could come in handy to counter an attack-minded Leeds outfit.
With Thomas Partey on the sidelines with a hamstring issue, one of Dani Ceballos or Mohamed Elneny should replace him.
We are fancying the former to accompany Granit Xhaka in midfield. He has plenty to prove, having been out-of-favour of late.
In the attack, Martin Odegaard should make his full debut for the Gunners, replacing Emile Smith Rowe in the number 10 spot.
Smith Rowe has started every league game since Boxing Day and may be rested after looking jaded in the Villans loss.
Bukayo Saka and Nicolas Pepe should continue in the right and left wing positions respectively tomorrow.
Pepe was sent-off for a needless head-butt and he should be motivated to impress against the Whites.
Up front, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang may get the nod to lead the line ahead of Alexandre Lacazette.
Lacazette has been the undisputed choice up front over the past nine games, but he may be given a breather.
Aubameyang could be an ideal fit against the Whites’ backline with his pace on the counter-attack.
