Arsenal are entering one of their most crucial transfer windows in recent times and although many players have been linked so far, the club haven’t managed to pull off any signing yet.
As the days go on, there is a fear among fans and those associated with the club that the club might stick to their old habit of not opening up the coffers. There are several issues to be addressed in the squad and the owners should realise that fact.
Several players have been linked with the Gunners, but they are just rumours at the moment. Another name was added to this list in the form of Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
This did not draw a positive response from Arsenal fans who vented their frustration at the club for lack of transfer activity.
Here are some of the best reactions from Twitter:

While these reactions are natural and to be expected, the club will need to be given a chance. There is still a long time left in the transfer window and many deals can happen between now and then.
Also, with the Euros and Copa America currently going on, it will surely have an effect on wrapping some deals. An example of this is England striker Calvert-Lewin, the latest attacker to be linked.
And going off on reports from the media is a double-edged sword as on many occasions there isn’t much to it. Sometimes the link is concrete but more often than not, it is not conclusive.
Arsenal will continue to get linked to more and more players as the window goes on. So, it is better for the fans to take these reports with a pinch of salt and place faith in their club.
If the club fail to act until the end of the transfer window, then the fans can put forth their frustrations. The management have a chance to show their commitment to improving the north London club. After consecutive eighth-place finishes, those in charge need to show how much they care. With the right kind of investment, the Emirates side can return to the top.
